I offer a free 15 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit and to get a general idea about what you are hoping to get out of counseling.

Then we will meet for a one hour intake session, where we can review some of the paperwork. During the intake we can schedule a time to meet regularly!

Each individual session is $135 but I do offer a sliding scale based on need.

I do not take insurance to ensure I maintain high quality care and to protect your confidentiality; however, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement based on your plan benefits.

Yes I do! I can see clients as young as 15 virtually.
